Canada: 5-9 business days
Australia/New Zealand: 5-9 business days
UK & EU: 5-7 business days (ships from Amsterdam)
Rest of the world: 2-4 weeks

Please note: We currently do not deliver Canvases to PO Boxes as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a different address that we can ship to.

PROCESSING TIMES

We know you can't wait to receive your Loveborne products. So, we do our best to process and ship orders in 1-3 business days after it's been placed.

PLEASE NOTE: If you want to cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.

What are the extra duties and taxes for when I purchase from outside of the US?

For international orders, please note that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges will be collected upon delivery by the carriers for specific packages. It is the recipient's responsibility to cover these costs, as we only charge transportation fees for the packages. We recommend contacting your country's customs office to determine the additional costs you may incur.
